Handmade Item Processing and Shipping Policy

All handmade and made-to-order items require approximately 6–8 weeks for production before shipping. This timeframe begins on the first business day after the order is placed and payment is successfully processed.

Please understand that the 6–8-week timeframe is the estimated production and processing period. Carrier delivery time begins after the order has been completed and shipped. Weekends, holidays, carrier delays, severe weather, supply shortages, and other circumstances outside our control may affect the final delivery date.

Because handmade and personalized products are created specifically for each customer, orders cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded once production has begun, except when required by applicable law or when an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

Customers must contact Vee’s Creations directly regarding any order concerns so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue. Filing an unauthorized or fraudulent payment dispute for an order that was properly completed and delivered may result in the submission of the order confirmation, customer acknowledgment, production records, communications, shipping information, and delivery confirmation to the payment provider.

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this processing, shipping, cancellation, and refund policy.
