Thank you for shopping with Vee's Creations! Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or process exchanges once an order has been placed.
Damaged Packages
The only exception to our no-refund policy is if your package arrives damaged. If your order arrives damaged, you must report it within 2 days of delivery by emailing us at support@veescreations.com.
Please include the following in your email:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Reports submitted after 2 days of delivery will not be eligible for a resolution.
